The chef puts all his know-how and experience at the service of regional and other dishes, but always with fresh, top-quality products.

After two and a half years of collaboration with the chef Jean Locussol (trained by Joël Robuchon and former chef of the Tour d'Argent ), the chef Kévin Goursaud has taken over the control of the kitchens and puts all his skills and experience at the service of the ready-made meals. He integrates and masters emblematic recipes such as the grilled whole veal kidneys cooked à la plancha with mustard seed sauce, the vinaigrette and its precise dosage of two oils and two dressings and the minute cooking of the hot chocolate tart.
It also brings novelty with personal and creative recipes.
