The property owns vines, the wine is distilled with our stills. The distillate obtained will become, over the years, an exceptional Cognac. We develop and assemble different Cognacs according to the years of aging.
The flagship product of our "XO - Perle d'Or" collection is a mix of Cognacs from Borderies over 50 years old. This XO, the fruit of an alchemy with the family secret preciously protected, seduces first of all with its amber hues and then proud of the origin of its terroir, exalts its virtues on the nose and on your palate, invitation to the intimate pleasures of the unreal.
The imagination wanders in this glass of XO or a multitude of "Pearl of gold" marked by time, the sweat of men, love of work well done rivals the desire to excel.
Each of the drops of this Cognac XO Pearl Gold is unique, they become magical.
Sublime perfection, this Cognac is the quintessence of Mother Nature.
In a completely different way, "Napoleon Vieille Reserve Cognac" aged in a humid cellar which favors the development of its cinnamon spices with aromas of hazelnuts and toasted almonds.
In the same way bolder Cognacs have completed the young range for the elaboration of cocktails or on a bed of crushed ice.
Red and white Pineau to accompany dishes or for moments of relaxation before the meal delight the taste buds, Fresh white and with a woody character, or tinted berries in pink or red colors.
Authenticity is required, indeed I suggest you to discover the colorful dishes of the Terroir elaborated with local products for some of our farm. Each dish is a discovery in the land of Cognac and Pineau revisited in the colors of the seasons.
The duck foie gras duo with duck terrine and red onion compote rivals the arugula and its hint of old homemade wine vinegar.
While saffron trout dumplings are adorned with truffle flowers.
The duck confit duck breast, with rosemary and red butter tubers is adorned with a branch of rosemary in the garden.
Cognac Sweetness Vieille Réserve rivals the seasonal fruit mousse to finish the feast.
