Ingredients:

6 cl of white Pineau des Charentes
8 leaves of fresh mint
6 slices of lime
1 drop of Angostura bitters
1 trace of cane sugar syrup (optional)
Sparkling water

Pineaujito cocktail au Pineau des Charentes

PREPARATION :
  • Delicately crush with a pestle the mint, limes, Angostura bitters and cane sugar syrup in a long drink glass.
  • Pour in the Pineau des Charentes.  Cover with ice and stir with a spoon.
  • Top up with sparkling water and decorate with a leaf of mint.
