6 cl of white Pineau des Charentes
8 leaves of fresh mint
6 slices of lime
1 drop of Angostura bitters
1 trace of cane sugar syrup (optional)
- Delicately crush with a pestle the mint, limes, Angostura bitters and cane sugar syrup in a long drink glass.
- Pour in the Pineau des Charentes. Cover with ice and stir with a spoon.
- Top up with sparkling water and decorate with a leaf of mint.
