Treat yourself to these fresh walnut tartlets in chocolate.
Ingredients for 8 people
8 fresh walnuts
150 g of crème fraîche
125 g of milk chocolate
75 g of dark chocolate
50 g of butter
300 g of short crust pastry
50 cl of Pineau des Charentes blanc
- Roll out the pastry and place it into 4 cm diameter tartlet moulds and cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°. Remove from moulds and leave to cool.
- Chop the chocolate finely and melt in a bain-marie. Heat the cream, Pineau des Charentes and butter and whisk until melted.
- Pour into the tartlets and sprinkle with walnut kernels. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
