Ingredients

3 cl of VSOP cognac
The juice of half a lime
1 coffee-spoon of cane sugar
4 leaves of mint
Sparkling water
Crushed ice

  • Mash the lightly chopped mint leaves with the cane sugar in a glass with a pestle.
  • Add the juice of half a lime.
  • Half fill the glass with crushed ice and add the cognac.
  • Mix and complete with sparkling water.
